Website contains some of the data provided by the users and others. Company does not verify all the data. Company is not responsible for any liabilities, claims arising from relying on the data shown in web application services.
Customers are responsible for the data accuracy for which they have access to edit and other customers are relying on it to make the decisions. Customers are responsible to use stronger passwords, secure their credentials and not enable unauthorized access to the system.

Company websites may contain links to other third party websites. Company has no control on those third party sites and content they may contain. Company does not endorse, recommend or approve the linked third party sites.
Company websites use minimum industry standard security measures such as ssl for secure transportation of the data before storing and processing. Standard measures are taken to protect the customer data. Company is not responsible liabilities, inconveniences, claims from accidents, unforeseen malicious acts by third parties beyond the control of company.
Fees and Payments
Customer will pay company all applicable fees for the services, in the currency indicated on the order form. Customer authorizes company to charge customer for all the applicable fees using customer’s selected payment method. Product plans, fees and features may change time to time. More features may be added, or existing features may be removed from the plans. Fees are non-refundable except as otherwise specifically permitted by another signed agreement.
If customer, end user violates this agreement, or uses services in a manner that company reasonably believes will hard the services, disrupt the use of services by others, or cause legal liability, then company may notify customer and suspend or terminate the account. In case of emergencies such as security issues, company has right to suspend, terminate user accounts without prior notice.
Before filing a claim, each party agrees to try to resolve the dispute within 30 days by contacting the other party. Customer and company agree to resolve any claims relating to this agreement or the services through final and binding arbitration, except as set forth below. Company may bring a lawsuit solely for injunctive relief to stop, resolve unauthorized or abusive use of the services or infringement of intellectual property rights without first engaging in the informal dispute notice process described above. Customer may only resolve disputes an individual basis and will not bring a claim in a class, consolidated or representative action. Class arbitrations, class actions, private attorney general actions and consolidation with other arbitrations are not allowed.
Generally. The services are provided “as is” and “as available. This agreement supersedes any prior agreements or understandings between the parties.
